Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, ensuring a positive experience and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Perform intake of calls from customers regarding services to establish an insurance policy, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Meet established call center guidelines for answering calls, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Work effectively with colleagues, agents, policyholders, and other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Research and resolve inquiries, communicating results to policyholders, agents, or other departments via phone or written correspondence.
  • Make computer inquiries and entries relating to customer accounts, maintaining accurate and secure data.
  • Regularly review and update records and/or policy files according to established guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work between 7am and 7pm CST, with flexibility for occasional and/or seasonal overtime.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
