Job Summary

PNC is seeking a skilled Teller to join our Retail Branch organization in Washington, DC. As a Teller, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately process customer banking transactions, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well-being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and adhere to all policies and procedures.

  • Customer-focused with knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Ability to assess and effectively manage risks associated with business objectives and activities.
