Wells Fargo is seeking talented individuals to join the Investment Banking Associate Program, a comprehensive eight-week training program designed to equip associates with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to depict projected financial results and value companies
  • Support various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
  • Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
  • Prepare presentations and other materials for clients
  • Participate in client meetings, due diligence visits, and other client interactions to gain exposure to key executives and senior bankers
  • Develop and mentor junior talent
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious, and has a genuine interest in learning and growth
What We Offer

  • Preparation for the Securities Industry Essential (SIE), the Series 79 Top Off, and the Series 63 license exams

Program Locations

Associate opportunities are available in Charlotte and New York, with limited opportunities in Houston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.

Pay Range: $175,000 Yearly

This position may be subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
