Job Summary:
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty nursing services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing skilled care in a variety of settings, including private residences, and will work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
