Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments for customers via credit card and checking/savings accounts, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers with loan account maintenance, including updating addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, as well as processing customer due date changes.
  • Respond to internal customer service-related questions and reset customer account, email password, and login ID on the web.
  • Walk customers through online account setup and maintenance, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our digital platforms.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • One year of experience in a customer service role or related client contact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills.
  • Experience within the banking and/or finance industries.
