Family Support Coordinator

**Company Overview:** Thom Child And Family Services is committed to providing high-quality early intervention services to infants and toddlers in the Norwood, MA area. We are seeking a skilled Family Support Coordinator to join our team.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $75,000 per year

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with families to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that promote healthy child development. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, provide direct services, and collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's developmental status.* Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that prioritize family strengths and needs.* Provide direct child development services and activities developmentally appropriate for children 0-3 and their families.* Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery.* Act as service coordinator for families, scheduling and implementing intervention plans as needed.* Provide supportive professional assistance to families and facilitate parent-child interactions to encourage child development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work OR Certified or Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, LHMC)* Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families* Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development* Ability to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and community partners* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong organizational and time management skills* Current driver's license and reliable transportation* Bilingual/Bicultural a plus.
