About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Manager in Coos Bay, OR. This is a per diem opportunity for a dedicated professional who can provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
  • Minimum five years' experience in acute care hospital settings within the past 10 years
  • Two years' managerial or leadership experience within the past five years
