Job Overview:

At Cynet Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. This is a permanent day shift position that requires 8 hours of work per shift.

About the Role:

As a Senior Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the daily and overall operation of assigned units. Your key responsibilities will include staff performance, patient care processes and outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and prudent resource management. You must have strong nursing knowledge and skills in clinical area(s) of responsibility and be able to exercise good judgment and demonstrate effective critical thinking skills.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field (or complete within two years)
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Five years experience in acute care hospitals within the past 10 years and two years managerial or leadership experience within the past five years

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
