Nurse Practitioner Position

Job Description:
Patient Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, to guide treatment.
Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP license in [State; specify if multi-state licensing is required].
- Certification: National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., FNP, ANP, AGNP, etc.), depending on specialty requirements of the assignment.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care or urgent care.
