Job Description:

As a key member of our transplant team, the Solid Organ Transplant Program Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing clinical and administrative outpatient services for our Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) Program. This role requires a strong focus on quality management, financial analysis, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Conduct financial analysis and management to optimize program performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiencies and implement changes to achieve better results.
  • Lead clinical program process review and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Surgical Director to identify and implement operational and policy changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including UNOS and CMS standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Anticipate staffing needs and develop workflow models to optimize workload to staffing ratios.
  • Identify and communicate potential marketing opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Review and propose changes to the care delivery model to improve operational metrics.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with MSN or a related field and four years' experience in nursing.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Certification in specialty required within one year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role in Quality management, Clinical practice management, or Transplant administration.
