Key Responsibilities
  • Build effective working relationships with site leaders and employees to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and labor relations.
  • Align HR goals with site business objectives and track progress.
  • Partner with operations and maintenance leaders to ensure optimal staffing and talent development.
  • Support supervisors, managers, and leaders in implementing our compensation philosophy and succession planning.
  • Provide input and tools to support key employee retention, high potential employee development, and Principle-Based Management.
  • Headcount reporting, timekeeping support, and HR systems support.
  • Regular engagement with hourly staff through spending time in the plant.
  • Ownership of HR projects and transformation initiatives with a focus on change management and leadership.
  • Grievance/Arbitration management and navigating complex Labor Relations strategies and union relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 or more years in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role.
  • Experience partnering with plant leadership to drive initiatives.
  • Experience developing and partnering with front-line supervisors.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to leaders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, SHRM-CP, or SCP certification.
  • Experience supporting a union facility.
  • Experience with project management.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, with variable pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, ADD, disability, retirement, paid vacation/time off, educational assistance, and more.
