Job Summary

The Line Service Technician is a critical member of the BusinessJet team, responsible for upholding the company's high standards of serviceability in all aspects of flight line operations. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide face-to-face customer service to aircraft pilots, passengers, and owners, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Aircraft Services: Render a range of aviation services, including aircraft towing and refueling, lead arriving aircraft into position, and send out departing aircraft while performing aircraft marshaling signals.
  • Ground Support: Utilize various airport ramps machines, such as fuel trucks, ground power units, aircraft tugs, and lifts, to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Escort and assist in all transportation needs, including pick up and drop off passengers.
  • Communication: Professionally correspond with customers and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep equipment and work area clean and in professional condition.
Qualification Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience: Previous aviation or FBO experience is not required but preferred.
  • Skills: Problem-solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to follow detailed instructions, and ability to multitask and provide high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
