Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to international airline passengers
  • Rotate through various airport areas, including check-in counters, departure gates, customs, and arrivals
  • Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
  • Learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport and adapt to changing situations

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • English proficient, with other languages a plus
  • Computer savvy and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
