ERMC Aviation LLC is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general repairs and maintenance on buildings, including painting, caulking, and moving equipment. You will also be responsible for basic plumbing, electrical, and door repair tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings
  • Painting and caulking
  • Moving equipment
  • Basic plumbing tasks, including drain clearing and toilet repair/replacement
  • Basic electrical tasks, including outlet replacement, lightbulb replacement, ballast replacement, and light switch/receptacle repair/replacement
  • Door repair, including handle and closing unit repair/replacement
Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift/move 50 pounds
