Lead Aircraft Avionics Technicians Wanted

STS Aviation Services is seeking a highly skilled Lead Aircraft Avionics Technician to join our team in Melbourne, Florida.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience working as an Avionics Technician, maintaining Commercial and/or large regional aircraft. Comparable military experience is also acceptable.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of Avionics Technicians in the overhaul and repair of aircraft systems
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless aircraft maintenance and repair
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians
Requirements:
- Valid A&P license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Avionics Technician or Supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
