We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to provide comprehensive support for Operations and Technology contracts. This role is essential in ensuring contract execution aligns with policies, legal requirements, and governmental provisions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between legal, procurement, senior management, and key stakeholders in the contract preparation process for Operations and Technology vendors and clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers regarding contractual matters.
- Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including contract execution and filing, onboarding contracts, tracking abstraction issues, analyzing contract documentation, monitoring progress and status of pending contracts, managing the contract lifecycle, and reporting on contract metrics.
- Assist in creating and implementing systems and documentation to enhance departmental efficiency, including spreadsheets, forms, checklists, workflows, and databases.
- Review purchase order details to ensure consistency with contractual agreements.
- Monitor contract performance for compliance and determine the need for amendments or extensions.
- Track costs throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or five years of experience in contract administration; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Familiarity with procure-to-pay solutions like SAP Ariba.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present actionable insights and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
