Position Overview:
We are actively seeking multiple Sales Engineers/Territory Sales Representatives. Ideal candidates will be located in various regions, focusing on the Northeast and Southeast areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for the Force Measurement product line, including systems for various industrial applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
- Engage in frequent travel (50-70%) within assigned territories for client meetings and presentations.
- Work alongside other departments to prepare competitive bids and ensure technical and financial accuracy.
- Identify and cultivate new market opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Assess customer needs to propose effective solutions.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, or related fields.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical industrial equipment; knowledge of automation or process control in the Paper or Metals sectors is advantageous.
- Proven track record in developing and managing customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
