Description

We are in search of a skilled Technical Engineer to join our team in Mooresville, North Carolina. In this role, you will be operating CNC machinery, primarily focusing on the setup of lathes and mills, to manufacture parts. Your expertise will be crucial in producing top-quality components that comply with precise specifications.

Responsibilities:
Operate various CNC machines, including mills and lathes
Use FANUC controls to program CNC equipment to produce parts as per specifications
Maintain meticulous records of the machining process
Ensure all machined components meet quality standards and specifications
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to guarantee their longevity and reliability
Promptly and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines
Uphold a safe and efficient workspace
Interpret and execute designs from technical drawings and blueprints
Maintain a focus on quality and precision in work
Coordinate effectively with team members through strong verbal communication skills

Requirements

Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Engineer
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in operating CNC Equipment, CNC Lathe, CNC Mills, and CNC Machines
Proficiency in using FANUC systems is required
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated understanding of engineering principles and methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements in the field.
