Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Desert Regional Medical Center. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Float Pool team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Float Pool team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Manage human resources at the unit level in a cost-effective manner
  • Promptly and fully investigate and resolve complaints of patients, visitors, staff, and physicians
  • Respond and provide direction in changing workload during crisis and emergency situations
  • Work closely with department directors, physicians, and house supervisors to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and quality care
Requirements
  • Current California RN License
  • Minimum of 3 years acute care clinical experience
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present self in positive and professional manner
  • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS training
  • Current NIHSS certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN
  • Previous management experience
