Key Responsibilities:- Assist with routine patient care, including vital signs, dressing changes, and wound care, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.

- Administer medications, as ordered by a licensed healthcare professional, and document patient responses.
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine dipsticks and hemoccult tests, and collect and preserve specimens for testing.
- Assist with minor surgical procedures and diagnostic examinations, including positioning and draping patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Vocational Nurse License (California)
- Basic Life Support
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
This role requires working in a pediatric clinic setting, with frequent exposure to children and families. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
