Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for young adults and adolescents.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions within the framework of our clinical model.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate treatment goals and services, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Provide progress updates to parents and guardians, working closely with family therapists to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention/management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision to ensure ongoing learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited graduate school.
  • Board registration (LMHCA, LICSWA, AMFT, APCC, LAPC) or Psychologic Associate in the state where services are provided.
  • Experience working with individual, family, and group therapy with young adults and adolescents.
  • Background in mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed treatment is preferred.
