- Assess and analyze psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning to determine the level and scope of care required.
- Develop informed level of care recommendations based on comprehensive clinical evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support networks to ensure effective care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date on current regulations and research related to long-term care, mental illness, medical conditions, and geriatrics.
- Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting turnaround time requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience assessing individuals with mental or psychiatric disorders, including complex differential diagnoses.
- Active unrestricted licensure in Washington in a healthcare or related field.
- Graduation from an accredited college with a relevant degree program.
- Expertise in assessing and analyzing psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning.
- Working knowledge of Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) requirements.
- Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and standards of practice related to mental health, geriatrics, and other disorders.
- Experience working with the geriatric population and public mental health and medical programs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

CompensationThe compensation for this role is $38.00 to $44.00 per hour, based on our compensation program and various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
