Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical record reviews and interact with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to gather accurate information.
  • Assess and analyze psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning to determine the level and scope of care required.
  • Develop informed level of care recommendations based on comprehensive clinical evaluations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support networks to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date on current regulations and research related to long-term care, mental illness, medical conditions, and geriatrics.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting turnaround time requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience assessing individuals with mental or psychiatric disorders, including complex differential diagnoses.
  • Active unrestricted licensure in Washington in a healthcare or related field.
  • Graduation from an accredited college with a relevant degree program.
  • Expertise in assessing and analyzing psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning.
  • Working knowledge of Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) requirements.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and standards of practice related to mental health, geriatrics, and other disorders.
  • Experience working with the geriatric population and public mental health and medical programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $38.00 to $44.00 per hour, based on our compensation program and various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
