Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers. Your excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish will enable you to navigate complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
