As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Litigation Support: Provide assistance to attorneys in managing litigation cases, including organizing and maintaining case files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Document Management: Prepare and format legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and subpoenas.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain attorneys' calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes is essential.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and databases is also beneficial.

Compensation:

$45-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
