Job Overview

Morrison Child and Family Services seeks a highly qualified Program Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Program. This role will work closely with the Program Manager and Director to ensure seamless supervision, onboarding, and oversight of program services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations of the IECMH Consultation Program.
  • Facilitate team meetings and provide group consultation opportunities for Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants.
  • Provide individual reflective supervision to IECMH Consultants.
  • Oversight of program components, monitoring fidelity, and services delivery to program models.
  • Support data tracking and collection efforts; Participate in program Quality Improvement meetings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
  • Clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or seeking licensure within six months.
  • Three years of experience in social services related to infant/early childhood care.
  • Experience with electronic health records.
