Position Summary:
Turner & Townsend is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to oversee K-12 educational projects. This role requires a strong on-site presence to ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and school administrators to deliver projects that meet contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
  • Manage all aspects of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage directly with clients and consultants at every project phase.

  • Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ensure timely client invoicing and monitor financial health of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in public sector projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client engagement.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PE, RA, AIA, LEED, or PMP are preferred.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and contract documents.
  • Familiarity with project management software, particularly MS Project.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and team collaboration.
  • 8-10 years of relevant project management experience.
