We're looking for a talented Business Development Agent to join our Serra Automotive Group team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with our sales team to drive sales growth. Your ultimate goal will be to boost sales and contribute to the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries;
  2. Foster strong relationships with customers, from initial contact to scheduling appointments;
  3. Utilize various communication channels to reach potential clients;
  4. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring transparency and honesty throughout all interactions;
  5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system;
  6. Analyze and address common customer objections;
  7. Meet daily productivity goals, focusing on setting solid appointments for customers to visit our dealership;
  8. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
  9. Collaborate with Sales Consultants to arrange meetings or calls with prospective customers;
  10. Provide regular sales performance updates to the Business Development Manager.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Reliable transportation.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000, based on experience.
