Customer Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries;
- Foster strong relationships with customers, from initial contact to scheduling appointments;
- Utilize various communication channels to reach potential clients;
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring transparency and honesty throughout all interactions;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system;
- Analyze and address common customer objections;
- Meet daily productivity goals, focusing on setting solid appointments for customers to visit our dealership;
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants to arrange meetings or calls with prospective customers;
- Provide regular sales performance updates to the Business Development Manager.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Reliable transportation.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000, based on experience.
