Job SummaryWe are seeking an IT Business Analyst to assist in launching a Commercial Residential line of business. The successful candidate will liaise with our Product, Underwriting, and Executive teams, translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, and business process descriptions.
- Plan, design, and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities.
- Assist in the development of test plans and provide support during business application testing.
- Interpret stakeholder business needs and translate them into application requirements.
- Participate in Agile framework delivery, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, with 1-2 years in Commercial Residential Lines.
- Preferred candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar function.
