Our client is a large organization dedicated to helping individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or long-term health conditions stay at home and choose their caregivers. They seek a skilled Registration Specialist to join their team in New York.

Estimated Salary Range:
$21 - $23 per hour

Job Summary:
The Registration Specialist will provide exceptional customer service while enrolling Medicaid recipients into the program. This role involves assisting employers with enrollment processes, including completing paperwork and obtaining necessary documentation. Key responsibilities include following up on referrals, performing in-home visits as needed, and educating employees on participation in at-home services.

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Five 9, My Account platforms, and web-based applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
