Video Content Producer for Social Media Campaigns

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Video Content Producer to join our team at TBWA\\[Chiat\\/Day. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, including short-form videos, long-form videos, and interactive content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
  • Conceive and execute compelling visual storytelling techniques, including graphics, text overlays, and user-generated content
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in production, post-production, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of final products
  • Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and engagement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in film, television, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital video or broadcast TV production
  • Proven strategic skills and creative storytelling techniques to produce compelling short-form vertical videos for social media
  • Self-directed with ability to conceive and execute assignments without daily supervision
  • Proficient in editing and organizational tools, including Adobe Premiere, Google Workspace, and Apple OS
