Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our State Farm Agent team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Provide education to customers on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Collaborate with the agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the office.
- Develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Support local community events and help manage the office's website and social media content.
- Work closely with the agent to meet marketing goals and ensure the office's success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Salary plus commission/bonus.
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
