Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist Assistant Vice President to join our team at Golub Capital BDC Inc. This role will be responsible for supporting our fundraising success and client service efforts by responding to investor diligence requests, providing supporting data and materials, and maintaining our content management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to investor diligence requests and provide supporting data and materials as needed
  • Support a reliable, scalable, and forward-thinking process for answering investor questions, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other internal and external communications
  • Maintain the team's content management system, Responsive (formerly RFPIO), and collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content is regularly reviewed and updated (or retired)
  • Update and manage the diligence materials library and develop compelling, client-friendly materials that distinguish the Firm from its competitors
  • Develop relationships with key partners across the Firm to understand and clearly respond to product inquiries
  • Become an expert on Golub Capital products and develop a deep understanding of private credit
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience at a financial institution, investment manager, or similar business; previous experience with RFPs and DDQs
  • Experience with Responsive (formerly RFPIO) or a similar system
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage time and priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
  • Abide by our work-in-office policies then in effect

  • Relationship Management: Creates ways to engage others, cultivate trust, and build long-term win-win partnerships with investors, business partners, and internal teams
Compensation and Benefits

For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $160,000 to $190,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave) dependent on the position offered.
