Transform Opportunity into Action
As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and driving sales growth across existing and new accounts. Your goal will be to understand customers' business and solution requirements, gain share of spend across our portfolio of technology solutions, and run territory and/or accounts with account planning, sales forecasting, and cross-functional resource engagement.
What You'll Achieve
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and solution requirements
- Gain share of spend across our portfolio of technology solutions
- Run territory and/or accounts with account planning, sales forecasting, and cross-functional resource engagement
- Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities
- Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience selling technology solutions
- In-depth knowledge of market trends that impact our customers
- Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Compensation and Benefits
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $157,250 - $203,500 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split). You will also be eligible for a range of benefits and perks, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
