Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Implement Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer Medications and Therapies: Safely and accurately administer medications and therapies under the direction of a physician, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on treatment options, side effects, and self-care techniques, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately document patient care and treatment information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a current RN state license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 0-3 years of RN experience, with a willingness to consider entry, mid, or senior level candidates.
