Position Overview:
This role involves a supervisory capacity within the designated nursing unit, ensuring effective management and oversight of nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, stepping in as needed during their absence.
- Engage in direct patient care activities, including administering medications and providing essential skin care.
- Assist in adapting treatment plans to address the physical and psychosocial needs of patients.
- Adjust and reorganize staff assignments based on the evolving needs of the facility.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington upon hire.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, preferably in sub-acute care, or previous charge nurse experience, or 2 years of relevant leadership experience.
