Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to inform quality improvement initiatives
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License
- 3 years of RN experience, preferably in sub-acute care, or previous charge nurse experience, or 2 years relevant leadership experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
