Executive Financial Director Job Summary

Growth Operators is seeking an experienced finance professional to serve as the Executive Financial Director, providing strategic guidance and leadership to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our clients' financial strategies and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on financial forecasting, budgets, and reporting.
  • Lead client projects and manage a team of financial professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients' external partners and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification and/or MBA preferred.
  • At least 15-20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including time as a CFO or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and various accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions, private equity-backed companies, and business development principles.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $180,000-$225,000 per year, plus bonus opportunity.
