Job Overview

Join our esteemed Graduate Trainee Program – Supply Chain, where you will embark on a 24-month journey through various tailored rotations designed to enhance your professional skills.

This program aims to prepare you for a full-time position with Rexroth in a challenging specialist or project role within the Supply Chain sector upon successful completion.


Key Responsibilities

What to Expect:

Engage in four distinct rotations, including one at a different Bosch facility in the US, to gain comprehensive insights into diverse aspects of the logistics landscape at Rexroth.

Potential roles may encompass logistics planning, procurement, physical logistics, and logistics controlling, among others.


Engaging Content:

Prepare for stimulating technical and project assignments that involve both operational and strategic tasks, such as developing and implementing digital solutions for logistics and introducing various software applications.


Exclusive Mentorship:

Throughout the program, you will receive guidance from a mentor within the upper management, aiding your professional and personal growth. Additionally, a current trainee will assist you during your onboarding process.
