Program Introduction
Our 'Graduate Specialist Program – Supply Chain' is a comprehensive 24-month training initiative designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career at HydraForce. This program includes multiple rotations across various functions, culminating in a full-time position within our Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities
Participants can expect:

  • Four Rotations: Gain extensive exposure to different logistics functions, including logistics planning, procurement, and logistics controlling, with one rotation at a Bosch facility.
  • Engaging Projects: Tackle both operational and strategic challenges, such as developing digital logistics solutions and implementing new software systems.
  • Dedicated Mentorship: Benefit from guidance by a mentor from upper management, alongside support from current trainees during your onboarding process.
  • Flexible Start and Employment: We accommodate your start date to fit your needs, ensuring you take on responsibilities from day one.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow trainees and managers globally across various departments.

Physical Requirements
As part of this role, you will be required to:

  • Lift and move items weighing at least 5 pounds independently.
  • Engage in prolonged periods of sitting while using a computer.

Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office setting, characterized by a quiet to moderate noise level.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Recent graduates (within the last three years) with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, ideally with a GPA of 3.5 or higher (Master's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain, preferably through internships in a manufacturing context.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Commitment to high standards and excellence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
