Position Overview:
The Pharmacy Supply Chain Operations Analyst embodies the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, adhering to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program while complying with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts financial and inventory assessments for various supply chain divisions.
  • Serves as a vital member of the Product Implementation Team.
  • Oversees product transitions and the introduction of new items for supported facilities.
  • Employs productivity metrics to evaluate departmental performance against established KPIs.
  • Analyzes inventory usage and provides recommendations regarding Reorder Points (ROP), Reorder Quantities (ROQ), and Units of Measure (UOM).

Additionally, the analyst addresses complex situations involving technology, clients, staff, and other supply chain management personnel, consulting with management for guidance as necessary.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Monitors daily operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Assists the first-level manager with special projects as needed.

Collaborates with management to develop and document standardized operational methodologies for Supply Chain Logistics, ensuring accountability to these standards. Supports the implementation of Management Daily Improvement (MDI) initiatives and daily team huddles.

Acts as a quality assurance auditor for the Supply Chain Logistics team and represents the department in special meetings as directed. Maintains data integrity within the relevant systems.

Demonstrates the ability to respond effectively under pressure when challenges arise and may serve as a resource and point of contact in the absence of the Supply Chain Logistics Manager.

Completes additional responsibilities as assigned.
