Position Overview: The Outside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Conduct sales presentations with vendors to introduce products and assess customer needs.
- Champion the use of digital tools and customer solutions to gain a competitive edge.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or the electrical industry.
Skills and Abilities:
- Positive and customer-focused attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
Working Conditions: The role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions and requires physical stamina for travel and client interactions.
