Objective
The primary responsibility is to enhance patient census and optimize quality mix by strategically developing the market and equipping prospective patients and/or their families with essential information and support in selecting the nursing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Devotes a significant portion of time to increasing patient admissions.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the center's offerings, capabilities, and relationships with healthcare providers.
- Actively participates in daily Kick-Off Meetings.
- Conducts weekly meetings with the Administrator and department heads to address marketing strategies.
- Engages regularly with nursing staff to review clinical service standards.
- Assesses the physical environment of the center through weekly inspections and discusses findings with the Administrator.
- Keeps informed about various payer sources and their influence on revenue.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be modified or assigned at any time with or without notice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related business discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience aimed at healthcare professionals, hospital staff, and case managers is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in generating referrals for medical products from healthcare target markets (physicians, hospitals, and case managers).
- Exhibits a professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct, demonstrating high self-assurance, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a strong desire to excel.
- Must be a collaborative team member with the ability to foster working relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience with local community organizations is preferred.
- Projects a professional image through appearance, conduct, and communication.
