This immersive eight-week experience is designed to provide participants with practical exposure in an Automotive Branch within the North East Region. Throughout the program, you will acquire valuable knowledge in areas such as sales strategies, customer engagement, financial management, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to enhance sales performance
- Assist in branch operations and management
- Participate in financial planning and analysis
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Hold a Bachelor's degree
- Open to relocation opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in fields such as Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service (minimum of 1 year)
- Demonstrated leadership experience (minimum of 1 year)
