Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales, Marketing, and Event Services team, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including event details, client information, and sales data.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including receiving and screening phone calls, managing mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
