Job Title: Benefits Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at the University of Central Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis of benefits programs to evaluate external competitiveness and legal compliance of the university's benefit practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of benefits programs to evaluate external competitiveness and legal compliance
- Administer programs and coordinate benefits through HRIS system
- Research benefit plans and providers and make recommendations
- Administer benefit programs and may assist in the development of programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in job related field plus 3+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel techniques such as v-lookups/other formulas
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to think critically and multi-task
