Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing dialysis treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

  • $37.50 - $50 depending on experience and qualifications.
