Key Responsibilities

- Strategically plan and set up merchandise displays in various retail environments.

- Design merchandise displays that are visually appealing and engaging for customers.

- Implement pricing or descriptive signage on displays, fixtures, and merchandise.

- Adjust interior display areas or signage to reflect inventory changes or promotional events.

- Collaborate with team members and management to execute planograms effectively.

- Generate innovative ideas for merchandise displays.

- Consult with program teams to determine the appropriate merchandise and placement for each item.

- Construct or assemble display components using various materials and tools, adhering to specifications.

- Work collaboratively to source products and display items.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty at a high level. The following qualifications are essential:

- A minimum of three to five years of relevant industry experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

- Strong visualization skills to conceptualize display arrangements.

- Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

- Proficient in Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and comfortable with internet usage.

- Ability to comprehend and adhere to established work processes.

- Knowledgeable about products with a focus on quality.

- Effective communication skills, both in person and with team members.

- Ability to follow policies and assist in training others to ensure consistency.

Training Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of company systems, policies, and procedures.

- General safety training.

- TCE Training.

Physical Demands

- Some physical exertion is required.

- Regular use of hands and arms for handling, installing, and moving materials.

- Occasional climbing of ladders and lifting/moving up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment

- Work is conducted in distribution center settings and at Legends Global Merchandise events.

- Distribution center environments are not climate-controlled, with exposure to dust, odors, and noise.

- Event locations may be outdoors, exposing staff to varying weather conditions.

- Office environments are busy and open, with frequent interruptions.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
