At HR Talent Partners, we're seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Administration Specialist to join our Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Based in North Carolina, with a strong preference for Charlotte, this position also welcomes candidates from South Carolina.

The firm's nationally recognized Private Wealth team is headquartered in the Carolinas. As an ideal candidate, you'll have 3-6 years of experience working primarily in estate planning and/or estate administration, with expertise in drafting estate planning documents and probate forms, including accountings required by the probate court. A willingness to learn and adapt to new areas of law is essential.

This role will support our sophisticated practice, serving ultra-high net worth clients. We're looking for candidates who possess specific experience in drafting irrevocable trusts, investment partnerships (LLCs), and advanced transfer strategies - or those who demonstrate a genuine interest in these tasks. Strong written and oral communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. Holding a LLM in estate planning or tax is preferred.
