Administrative Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Event Planning Specialist to join our team at Smart Stack Impact. This role will involve coordinating logistics, managing event timelines, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events from conception to execution, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Logistics Management: Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendors to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- On-Site Coordination: Oversee on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring all logistical aspects are taken care of.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience in event coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- A competitive salary range of $46,500 - $58,000 per year.
