Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various office tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter time in the payroll system.
  • Process temporary worker time cards.
  • Enter data into QuickBooks and Access databases.
  • Assist with new hire and temporary worker onboarding processes.
  • Prepare assigned reports.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative Lead or other members of management.

Requirements:

  • Administrative support skills.
  • QuickBooks experience.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Payroll processing skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Clerical skills.
